The app is free for employees of enterprises served by Meridian JSC. No ads or paid features.

The app is used by employees of “client enterprises of the Meridian JSC service” – manufacturing, construction, transportation, and other organizations that provide their staff with workwear and personal protective equipment through Meridian JSC. It is not an internal corporate tool of a single company: the app works simultaneously for employees of dozens of enterprises in more than 5 regions of Russia, and any organization that has a contract with Meridian JSC can connect its workers to it.

Access is granted by the employer: login to the app is done via the mobile phone number recorded in the enterprise’s accounting system. No separate registration is required.

• Reduced workload on the occupational safety and supply departments. Employees can see for themselves what they are entitled to and what is ready for issue – questions like “when will I get it?” no longer flood the office.
• Scheduled issue. Workers choose a warehouse, date, and time for their visit, allowing the warehouse to plan its workload.
• Accurate sizes. Employees see their clothing, footwear, and headwear sizes in their profile and can immediately report any errors – fewer returns and exchanges.
• Transparency of provision. Issue history and wear periods are open to the employee, eliminating disputes over actual PPE availability.
• Feedback from employees – service ratings and reports of incorrect data go directly to Meridian JSC.

Connecting employees to the app is included in the service under the contract with Meridian JSC and is not charged separately. The connection procedure:

1. The organization signs a contract for workwear and PPE supply with Meridian JSC.
2. Employee data and issue standards are uploaded into the service’s accounting system, including the employees’ mobile phone numbers.
3. Employees install the app from the App Store or Google Play and log in using their phone number.

iPhone with iOS 14.0 or newer, smartphones with Android 7.0 or newer.
The app works in portrait orientation; no tablet version is available.

The app collects only the information necessary for its operation: the phone number for login, employee account data received from the employer, and feedback text.
No advertising, tracking, or third-party data sharing. The account can be deleted from the app at any time.
